Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at mulliganapparel@proton.me with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags are not eligible for return.

EU Customers If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer law.
