To reduce waste and offer you unique, exclusive designs, Mulligan Apparel operates on an eco-friendly production model. We do not keep a stock of pre-printed inventory. Instead, every single item is printed, packaged, and shipped specifically for you only after you place an order on our store.
2. Fulfillment & Production Timelines
  • Production/Printing Time: It typically takes 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to create your custom product.
  • During peak seasons or major holidays (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), production times may increase by an additional 1-2 business days.
3. Shipping Times & Rates (Italy & Europe)
Once your order has been printed and handed over to the courier, the estimated delivery windows are:
  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days.
  • Please Note: The total time from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your doorstep is generally between 5 and 12 total business days.
  • 4. Order Tracking
    As soon as your package ships, you will receive an automated email containing your Tracking Number. You can use this link to monitor your delivery status in real-time. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the courier's system.
    5. Lost or Damaged Packages
    If your package arrives damaged or the print quality shows manufacturing defects, please take a clear photo of the product and its packaging immediately.
